Aaron Chiodini serves as a Client Service Associate at Mosaic Wealth, where he plays a key role in supporting both clients and the advisory team. With a detail-oriented and relationship-driven approach, Aaron helps create a seamless and thoughtful experience, ensuring every interaction reflects Mosaic’s commitment to care, responsiveness, and excellence.

Before joining Mosaic, Aaron served as an Online and Graduate Enrollment Counselor at Missouri Baptist University, where he guided prospective students through important educational decisions. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Account Specialist with Fastenal Company, building strong client relationships while supporting procurement and inventory operations.

Aaron earned a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry and Biblical Studies from Missouri Baptist University and later completed a Master of Science in Higher Education Leadership, graduating summa cum laude.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys serving in ministry alongside his wife, Karlie. Together, they are actively involved in their church community and are enjoying this season of life with their young daughter.
