Business Operations Team Leader

Debra is the “face of Mosaic,” our clients’ chief contact, and an integral part of the relationship team in Denver. As Business Operations Team Leader, Debra coordinates client meetings, plans client and office events, arranges company travel, and interfaces with clients by phone, through e-mail, and in person. She also supports Mosaic by performing billing and financial reporting for the firm.
Debra has a decade of experience in administration, customer service, and training. She earned her BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Northern Colorado in 1991. Debra joined MCI as an Administrative Assistant soon after college and spent seven years at the company, counting as one of her greatest accomplishments her role in negotiating a multi-year, multi-million-dollar contract with a major branch customer. Debra moved on to J.D. Edwards in 1997 and then in 2001, made the decision to become a stay-at-home mom to her four boys. She re-entered the workforce at her children’s’ school in 2013, teaching part-time, then moving into a full-time front office position to help keep the school running smoothly for students, families, and staff.
Debra resides in Littleton, Colorado with her husband Chuck, and sons Nathanael, Ethan, Lance, and Wyatt. She loves to read, walk with friends, play tennis, and is involved with the tennis and lacrosse booster clubs through her sons’ high school.
