As the Investment Team Leader at Mosaic Family Wealth, Lance closely collaborates with Wealth Advisors to create and implement financial plans and investment proposals tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

With a strong background in mathematics and a drive to help others, Lance is a natural fit for his role at Mosaic Family Wealth. He is passionate about the firm’s mission to help clients achieve financial success and significance in their lives.

Lance received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics with an Emphasis in Actuarial Science from Lindenwood University in 2017. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Speirō, a public charity that funds global missions to people groups that have not yet been reached by the gospel.

Lance is an accomplished professional who has passed the Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 exams, the Society of Actuaries Financial Mathematics exam, and the Missouri Life and Health Insurance exam. He has also earned the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation.

Outside of work, Lance enjoys playing golf and basketball and is a passionate fantasy football enthusiast. He resides in St. Charles, MO, with his wife Mikala and their adorable dog Louie.
