“The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.” — Vince Lombardi

With more than two decades of senior leadership experience in wealth management, Larry contributes to the firm’s strategy as a member of the investment committee which is responsible for establishing investment objectives and setting corporate policies.

His unwavering dedication to meticulous research and analytics informs the creation and management of Mosaic’s client-purposed portfolios. Larry works with clients to understand their most important short and long-term objectives, and how those objectives should shape their investment decisions.

The desire to work with clients and help them achieve their financial goals guided Larry to his career in wealth management. He says there is no greater feeling than seeing clients succeed when their goals and ambitions have been entrusted in his care. Larry cares deeply about his client relationships, acknowledging that they often transcend the boundaries of financial planning and investments. His favorite part of working at Mosaic is serving alongside a team of incredibly talented people who love to take care of clients and each other.

Larry was a collegiate baseball player at Western Kentucky University and played professionally for eight seasons with the Boston Red Sox and Oakland A’s organizations. He was inducted into the Greater St. Louis Amateur Baseball Hall of Fame in 2017. Larry and his wife Jeannine live in St. Louis with their son and daughter. Larry is actively involved in the community and with his church. One of his proudest life achievements was being awarded the 2013 Morgan Stanley Community Leadership Award, raising awareness and support for autism both in the St Louis community and nationwide.
